Your Design Spark journey begins with a conversation on the phone (the free discovery call), with no obligation to book.
If you decide to go ahead with your home transformation, I send you a detailed questionnaire to complete - all so I can get to know you and understand the specific needs of your home.
Next, we arrange a 75-minute consultation in your home during which I spend time with you in the space. We talk about the issues you're facing, and work through various options for layout, colours, finishes and anything else you need help with.
Following the the consultation, I create a bespoke 12-15 page design pack which includes a layout plan, two concept designs and clickable links to all products specified, as well as detailed next steps for putting the designs into action. All of this is sent to you by email as a pdf. In short, I give you all the tools you need to get your project started. With confidence.
