After working with me, you walk away with a clear, detailed design plan that shows you exactly how your space will look, what to do next, which trades to contact, and how to confidently bring everything together - with clickable links and ongoing support to make the process simple and seamless. You’ll feel empowered, excited, and certain you’re investing your money wisely, knowing your home will be beautifully resolved and a space you’re truly proud to share.
We begin with a conversation on the phone (the free discovery call) and I send you a detailed questionnaire to complete - all so I can get to know you and understand the needs of your home.
Then, we arrange a 75-minute consultation in your home where I spend time with you in the space(s). We talk about the issues you're facing and work through various options for layout, colours, finishes and anything else you need help with.
Following the the consultation, I create a design pack which includes a layout plan, two concept designs and clickable links to all products recommended. I present this to you via video call so that you can ask questions. Afterwards you receive a copy of the pdf pack by email for you to work from.
In short, I give you all the tools you need to get your project started. With confidence.
